Frequently Asked Questions

When should we arrive and depart?

We recommend arriving in Chattanooga on the evening Friday, October 2, 2026 or the morning of Saturday, October 3, 2026, to fully enjoy the weekend festivities. The celebration begins with our Sneaker Ball Welcome Party on Saturday evening, October 3, and our wedding ceremony will take place on Monday, October 5. For the most relaxed experience, plan to depart on Tuesday, October 6.

What if I am unable to attend all three days?

We completely understand that schedules and travel plans vary. While we’d love for you to join us for the entire wedding weekend, you are more than welcome to attend whichever event(s) fit your plans best. Please be sure to RSVP for each event respectively so we can plan accordingly for seating, meals, and accommodations.

Where are the recommended hotel accommodations?

We’ve arranged exclusive hotel room blocks at several properties in Chattanooga, TN which are not necessarily near our wedding venue. Each are within a 20-25 minute drive to the actual venue. Full details—including hotel names, group rates, and booking links—are listed on our Accommodations page. We highly recommend booking early, as rooms within our reserved block will be limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Who can I bring to the wedding?

Our guest list has been carefully curated to ensure an intimate and personal experience. Only the individual(s) named on your invitation are invited to attend. Please refrain from bringing additional guests or plus-ones who were not specifically included, as they will not be permitted entry. We appreciate your understanding as we celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends.

Are children welcome?

While we adore all the little ones in our lives, our wedding events will be adults-only. We kindly request that guests make childcare arrangements in advance, as children will not be permitted at any of the weekend events. We hope this allows everyone to fully relax, celebrate, and enjoy the evening festivities.
